Pines and Palms Resort and the Florida Keys were forced to close by government authorities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It has severely impacted the lives of our resort family.

Our employees have applied for unemployment but the system is overrun with applications and the turnaround for receiving benefits is unknown. 

We started this Family Relief Fund with the hope of providing each member of our staff with some much needed financial help. Many of you know housekeepers Danay, Saily, Maribel, Marlene and Yamima, front desk agents Kody and Edith, maintenance guys Gilberto, Jose, and Guillermo, bartenders and fishing guides Jacob and Chris, and our manager of 18 years, Ana Pena. 

We've survived hurricanes and hopefully will survive this tragedy too. We hope you will consider making a contribution. Think of it as a tip for the great service you've received in the past or a tip-in-advance for the great service on your next visit.

Join us and help us reach our goal with 100% of proceeds going directly to the people listed above who have lost their jobs due to COVID-19.
