Pinellas County Sharks 3k in 3 days

The Pinellas County Sharks Youth Biking Season has only just begun! The race season is just around the corner and we are in need of basic supplies (tents, banners, registration fees, gear, tools, jerseys). The pre-season is just started up and we are already DOUBLE in size this year! Partner with our team to help us continue to get more kids on bikes!

Who are we?

We are a Florida NICA team (high-school mountain bike) and Pinellas County's only youth cycling program. We compete in a 5 race series against 15 other teams (Over 180 other racers!!). Our goal is to make cycling more accessable and enjoyable for all of Pinellas County.

What is NICA?

"Founded in 2009, the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) develops interscholastic mountain biking programs for student-athletes across the United States. More about Florida NICA

Florida NICA's first race season was started in 2020 and since then has taken off. Since starting, Florida NICA has seen over 60% in growth over only 3 years. This season is projected to be the largest yet as mountain biking continues to gain popularity.
