Pilsen Apartment Fire

Hi, my name is Esther (Huerta) Flores. I was raised in Pilsen and still have family there. Unfortunately on Wed night 4/17 my niece Meredith Rodriguez (1353 W 16th Street) suffered a devastating loss of all her possessions in the Pilsen Fire. We are truly grateful Meredith was home and was able to notify the young lady (Vanessa) in the basement apartment and both ladies along with a pet cat were able to make it out before things escalated. We know it will take a while to recover from this tragedy we ask that if you find it in your heart to help her deal with some of this loss.
