Covid-19 is still ravaging the tribes living in the Amazon forest.  These poor people have no way of making a living.  Most cannot afford to spend the $1.00 it costs to buy a mask.  When times are good, they can hope to earn $15.00 a day if they leave their village and find a job in the towns located a day or so from home.  These are not good times.  Each village sends a few people on the 2-3 day round trip to town to buy essential supplies for everyone.  They are required to be fumigated on the way going to town and again as they leave.  Children of the Rainforest supplies them with the funds to buy masks and essential supplies.  To date, we have donated nearly 4,000 masks and $1,000 toward medical supplies.  They need much more!
