Hi, my name is Sarah and I am aiming to raise funds to help create a Sensory Room and equipment for The Children's Ward at Pilgrim Hospital.

My husband Andy has previously donated to the ward with the help of some friends and clients, through his own events, so this upcoming event is close to his heart. I also work with children and young adults with learning difficulties so I understand the need to create sensory spaces, especially in places such as hospitals.

We have also found that any donations to the NHS can be used anywhere and you cannot just nominate a ward or service to recieve funding.

So because of this the Children's Ward have to do their own fundraising.
