PigAbilities

What is PigAbilities?
PigAbilities is an inspiring one-mile event for people of all ages with disabilities. Sponsored by Goodwill, PigAbilities has the supported of many non-profits who serve and support our athletes.  Those organizations include Special Olympics, Disabled American Veterans, Spina Bifida, Downs Syndrome Society, Easter Seals, YMCA and others.

Participants walk, run or roll with their families and friends as hundreds of fans cheer them to the Finish Swine.

How Can I Help?
With nearly 400 people participating in 2018, the Flying Pig Team has set a goal to get over 1,000 people to participate in 2019. But we need your help in fundraising and getting the word out about the event.

You donations will help us with some of the important costs associated with getting people to this event. Costs include:

- Participation Fees: Some families struggle to pay the $15 participation fee, due to the high cost of caring for their loved ones.
- Shuttles and Buses: Many organizations need help funding the shuttles to bring people to the race.
- Participant Medals, T-Shirts and Bags: We want the 1,000+ participants to have the biggest medal, special bags and be treated like total rockstars.
