PIF Productions Community Filming Program

Hello! My name is Jasmin McDonald, the Founder of Creativity of the Petersburg Independent Filmmakers, DBA PIF Productions. Our vision is to engage our community positively through filmmaking and the arts.

We are a privately funded Christian based organization open to all local and non-local community artists and future leaders. We provide educational workshops that stimulate creativity while introducing participants to some of the teachings found in the Holy Bible regarding Creation, Love, Selflessness, and Peace.

This fundraiser will help us to purchase crew-member T-shirts, arts and craft supplies for our public workshops, cinema quality cameras and other important equipment for filming. This fundraiser will also provide our actors, screenwriters and workshop instructors with stipends for their participation in producing a community film. Finally, this fundraiser will help us support local catering businesses so we can refresh and nourish our participants with hot meals during workshops and rehearsals.

PIF Productions is delighted to have you join us Mondays at 5:30pm and Wednesdays at 12:30pm in the Petersburg Public Library for our community inclusive, filmmaking and creative arts program. We are seeking generous donations to help us fulfill our vison so we can continuously host these workshops at the library and potentially at our headquarters. We greatly appreciate your generosity and look forward to seeing you at one of our weekly workshops!
