It’s not spoken about enough just how much suicide sadly touches our lives and loved ones. I’m happy to start the conversation here and hopefully do something to help the free services that work to prevent suicide. I am currently training to run the Amsterdam marathon on October 16th and wanted to use the opportunity to raise money for Pieta House who provide a professional one-to-one therapeutic service to people who are in suicidal distress, those who engage in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide.
