Hi, My name is Piers and im a transgender man from London, im raising funds to be able to access gender affirming care in other words Top Surgery. I've been openly trans to my friends since 2021 and recently came out to my family at the beginning of year. due to the difficulty of getting a job in the uk i have been unemployed since april 2024 and have been using my benefits to pay for my Testosterone.

Being able to afford this surgery will be life changing, i'll be able to finally do things i've always wanted to do and for the most part i'll be able to live my life the way i want to.

i have looked into going with Dr Lago in Madrid, spain if i was to do this on my own it will take over a year to save for as in total the surgery is around 6,000 Euro that isnt including flights and accomodation. i am looking to do a payment plan with Dr Lago it will still require a payment of around 3,500 Euros and then 100 euro a month for 24 months this money will help me afford this surgery and change my life
