Pierre's house caught fire last night (12/21) in the Sunset District and thankfully no one was home when it happened. Everything inside the house has been destroyed and the cat is going to be ok. His clothes, furniture, art supplies, motorcycle gear, artwork, etc. are all ruined for the most part and need to be replaced. He is now looking for a new home in SF's brutal rental market along with his other roommates, which will be a challendge. It looks like it was an electrical issue with the furnace in an older home but the offical investigation has not taken place yet. We're all just really happy no one was hurt.
