As most of you know, my book was on hold for while, partly because of my head injury, partly because of funding. After a sweet angel provided the opportunity for me to get the contract, I was able move forward as my recovery would allow. It has been a wonderful and arduous task, as I expected. I am in the last stages before I turn in the manuscript to be vetted. It is getting pretty exciting and nerve wracking. Because I have not been able to work as much as I would like or need to, I have not been able to earn the last bit of money for the rest of my illustrations.  Being so close to a goal and not being able to finish is frustrating, but I know the universe will find a way to make this happen!
