Hello everyone!

We are Pichanga Fem, a colorful and horizontally organized international amateur soccer team that was founded 5 years ago in the Berlin district of Neukölln. It was all started by a few motivated female friends, who simply wanted to play soccer together and try out a sport that was relatively new to them. This small project from the heart has grown over the years into a team today that has over 30 members from all over the world and that has become like a family on and off the pitch.

Over time we have made friends with other like-minded teams, individuals and collectives who, like us, want soccer to be for everyone! One such club is KSV Johannisthal and in particular, its president Elmar Werner, who has been organizing an international friendly game between the Vatican national team and KSV Johannisthal since the fall of 2022. In the spirit of inclusion and integration, he has invited Pichanga Fem to play against the Vatican women's national team.

The trip to Rome will last 4 days (15-18.06.2023) and we intend to travel with a team of 10 people. In order to cover some of the travel costs, we need help and with this campaign you can support us. If we reach our fundraising goal, we will be able to travel to the Vatican with a strong, international and diverse team, representing the diversity of Neukölln, Berlin and ultimately Germany.

For us, this invitation is a great honor and an incredible opportunity. After all, who would have thought that we would be playing against a national team on the international stage? Moreover, this will be the first match that the Vatican women's national team will play on an international level, and that's why we're really looking forward to giving our best in Rome in June.

Hallo zusammen,

Wir sind Pichanga Fem, eine bunte und horizontal organisierte, internationale Amateurfußballmannschaft, die vor 5 Jahren im Berliner Bezirk Neukölln gegründet wurde. Aus einem kleinen, romantisch anmutenden Herzens-Projekt, welches von ein paar motivierten Freundinnen ins Leben gerufen wurde, die einfach gemeinsam Fußball spielen und sich in dem für sie teilweise neuen Sport ausprobieren wollten, wurde über die Jahre ein Team, dass heute über 30 Mitglieder aus aller Welt zählt und das sich auf und neben dem Spielfeld wie eine Familie fühlt.

Im Laufe der Zeit haben wir Freundschaften mit anderen gleichgesinnten Mannschaften, Personen und Kollektiven geschlossen, die wie wir wollen, dass Fußball für alle ist! Ein solcher Verein ist der KSV Johannisthal und insbesondere sein Präsident Elmar Werner, der seit Herbst 2022 ein internationales Freundschaftsspiel zwischen der Nationalmannschaft des Vatikans und dem KSV Johannisthal organisiert. Und im Sinne der Inklusion und Integration hat er Pichanga Fem eingeladen, gegen die Frauen-Nationalmannschaft des Vatikans anzutreten.

Die Reise nach Rom wird 4 Tage dauern (15.-18.06.2023) und wir beabsichtigen, mit einem Team von 10 Personen zu reisen. Um einen Teil der Reisekosten zu decken, brauchen wir Hilfe, und mit dieser Kampagne könnt ihr uns unterstützen. Wenn wir unser Spendenziel erreichen, können wir mit einem starken, internationalen und diversen Team in den Vatikan reisen und so die Vielfalt Neuköllns, Berlins und schließlich auch Deutschlands repräsentieren.

Für uns ist diese Einladung eine große Ehre und eine unglaubliche Chance. Denn wer hätte gedacht, dass wir mal auf der internationalen Bühne gegen eine Nationalmannschaft antreten würden? Außerdem wird dies das erste Spiel sein, das die Frauen-Nationalmannschaft des Vatikans auf internationaler Ebene bestreitet, und deswegen freuen uns schon sehr darauf, im Juni in Rom unser Bestes zu geben.

Somos Pichanga Fem, un equipo de fútbol internacional, colorido y organizado horizontalmente, que nace hace 5 años en el barrio de Berlín Neukölln. De un pequeño anhelo de unas amigas que, idealistas, se juntaron con la simple intención de jugar Fútbol, un deporte en el que aún eran muy novatas, ha crecido con los años un equipo que ahora cuenta con más de 30 integrantes/jugadoras y que se define y siente como una familia dentro y fuera de la cancha.

Con el tiempo hemos construido amistades con otros equipos, personas y colectividades/comunidades afines y, que como nosotras, quieren que el fútbol sea para todes! Uno de esos equipos es el KSV Johannisthal y en especial su presidente Elmar Werner, quien desde el pasado otoño de 2022 ha estado organizando un partido amistoso internacional entre el equipo nacional del Vaticano y el KSV Johannisthal. Y, con una perspectiva de inclusión e integración, invitó a Pichanga Fem para también dar la cara contra el equipo nacional femenino del Vaticano.

El viaje a Roma será de 4 días (15.-18.06.2023) y pretendemos ir con un equipo de 10 personas. Para cubrir parte de los gastos de las jugadoras, necesitamos un poco de ayuda, y con esta campaña puedes apoyarnos. Obteniendo nuestra meta, podremos viajar todes; con un equipo fuerte, internacional, diverso y muy emblemático de lo que es Neukölln - para representar a nuestra Berlín y a Alemania tan variopintas como realmente son, en el Vaticano.

Para nosotras, esta invitación es un gran honor y una oportunidad increíble. Al fin y al cabo, ¿quién iba a pensar que llegaríamos a competir contra un equipo nacional en la escena internacional? Además, este partido será el primer encuentro que el equipo nacional del Vaticano jugará a nivel internacional y estamos más que emocionadas de ir y dar lo mejor.
