Piccolo Pete the Poodle Fund

Piccolo Pete was born with a serious deformity to his hind legs - not saleable he had a tragic start in life and was about to be put to sleep at approximately 8 weeks old. We heard about his plight and rescued him in the nick of time, he was completely starved, filthy, matted and in a bad way. He is the sweetest, happiest little soul but now he is ready for his extremely costly surgery. His orthopaedic surgeon and his team will have to move the kneecap from the side of his leg to the front, a groove has to be made in his bone to anchor this and all the soft tissue has to be brought round as well. This will be done one leg at a time followed by after care treatment.

The cost of this is in the region of £6700 including X-rays - but he has an extremely high chance of having a normal set of legs at the end of this ordeal.

Piccolo Pete has come so far, and is so precious we are asking everyone to share this and help us raise the funds to pay for the treatment he needs.
