Kimera nasce nell’ottobre 2023 dall’unione di tre professionisti del mondo del bar: Veronica, Emanuele e Mariachiara, Barlady, Bartender e baristi con anni di esperienza tra cocktail, servizio, formazione e gestione.

Siamo nati e cresciuti dietro al bancone, dove la miscelazione è tecnica, precisione ma soprattutto ospitalità: l’arte di far sentire ogni cliente accolto, ascoltato e valorizzato.

Da qui parte la nostra realtà: un servizio di catering beverage professionale, curato in ogni dettaglio, capace di portare la qualità di un vero bar ovunque ce ne sia bisogno – matrimoni, feste private, diciottesimi, eventi aziendali e cerimonie di ogni tipo.

Un settore in cui, troppo spesso, si perde qualità e cultura professionale… e, proprio per questo, abbiamo deciso di essere presenti con una visione nuova, solida e rispettosa del mestiere.

Una realtà fuori dagli schemi

Oltre al catering, gestiamo il bar–ristorante di un centro sportivo privato nella nostra città, un luogo unico nel suo genere: non un locale “tradizionale”, ma una realtà viva, quotidiana, dove persone, famiglie, sportivi e ragazzi si incontrano ogni giorno.

Qui garantiamo un servizio bar e ristorante professionale tutto l'anno,

formiamo nuovo personale e mettiamo in pratica il nostro valore più grande: la cultura del “fare bene”

Kimera was founded in October 2023 by three professionals in the bar industry: Veronica, Emanuele and Mariachiara, barlady, bartender and bar specialists with years of experience in cocktails, service, training and management.

We were born and raised behind the counter, where mixology is technique and precision, but above all hospitality: the art of making every guest feel welcomed, understood and valued.

From this vision, our business begins: a professional beverage catering service, curated in every detail and capable of bringing the quality of a real bar anywhere it is needed – weddings, private parties, 18th birthdays, corporate events and ceremonies of all kinds.

A sector where, too often, professional quality and culture are lost… and this is exactly why we chose to be present with a new, solid and respectful approach to the craft.

In addition to catering, we manage the bar and restaurant of a private sports center in our city – a unique place, not a “traditional” venue, but a lively everyday environment where people, families, athletes and young people meet.
