Piatek Family Fund

Churchill HSA is raising funds for the Piatek family in memorial of their 21 year old son, Michael, who passed away on December 27. The Churchill Elementary community has reached out and we hope this gives families a way to support the Piatek family during this difficult time.

 

Funds raised from now until January 31, 2022 will be donated directly to the Piatek family for memorial expenses. Thank you for supporting our community and providing strength and prayers to the family.
