PI World Challenge Malaysia 2025 - 500 Mile Challenge
Donation protected
Hello!
Project Independence is excited to embark on an incredible journey through World Challenge, with a trip to Malaysia scheduled for July-August 2025.
This World Challenge Leadership Expedition will offer participants a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Malaysian culture, explore the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur, trek through the stunning Taman Negara National Park, and support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals by contributing to marine conservation.
Participants will face challenges that push them outside of their comfort zones, fostering growth in areas such as leadership, initiative, confidence, resilience, teamwork, and sustainability. This experience will not only broaden their horizons but also equip them with valuable skills they will carry with them for years to come.
To make this remarkable opportunity a reality, participants are raising funds to cover the collective costs of the trip and travel arrangements. As part of our fundraising efforts, we’ve set a goal to collectively walk, run, or cycle 500 miles during the month of April. There are 5 of us so we will do 100 miles each. The 500-mile target represents the approximate length of Malaysia and will serve as a great way to build physical endurance in preparation for the trekking portion of the trip.
Thank you so much for supporting our participants in this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Your contribution means the world to us!
