Hello Brothers, Friends and Family,

 We are the current associate members at Pi Kappa Phi, we have brought it upon ourselves to improve the quality of the chapter for current and future members of our chapter. For this years project we have decided to repair the outdated lighting, furniture, improve the ventilation and wall art. We are perusing long term improvements to last, not applying bandaids to the current situation. With your help we plan to dedicate our time and labor to this project.
