Physical Rehabilitation, Mayo Clini

I have been battling this illnesse. Finally I was able to get to Mayo clinic in Rochester MN. Only to find out I was miss diagnosed in Wyoming. I'll begin a 17 day /three weeks of a extensive Rehabilitation program, but will be in Rochester for at least 6 more weeks. I hate to ask but need help to make it through this and keep a commitment to making my health and life better.
