Every year Physical Formula organises a charity event across a weekend where we attempt a very difficult challenge. This is to raise money for our chosen charity of the year and this year, it is The Air Ambulance Service.

Members will be working in pairs to complete a full HYROX. We will be setting a pair off every two hours across 48 hours. This means that we will be attempting a total of 48 full HYROX events across the 48 hours. This will be a world record if we can achieve it!

Date: Friday 20th September 2pm - Sunday 22nd Sept 12pm

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times;

The Air Ambulance Service is a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) with a sole purpose - to prevent loss of life, relieve sickness and aid recovery to those in need.

The Air Ambulance service is so important for our community and in 2023 they reached 50,000 missions across our Warwickshire, Northamptonshire Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland services. Since starting services in 2003, they fly two local air ambulance services, serving a total of five counties.
