I definitely grew up in a time and environment where conversations around being trans weren't happening as often and as openly as they are now. That being said, over the past couple of years, I have had some amazing encounters with some really beautiful people who have encouraged me to go after the things that make me happy.

We only have one life to live and one body to live in, so if theres a way for me to feel more like myself, for the rest of my life then i'll do all the right things to make that happen. Being able to have top surgery is definitely one of those things.
