Phylo's road to recovery

As you may have heard, our friend Jason Philips (Phylo) was in a scooter accident in Key West on Saturday, Feb 26th. Fortunately, he survived, but with grave injuries. After being LifeFlighted to Miami, it was determined that Jason sustained a broken jaw and fractured C2 vertebrae. He recently went through neck surgery which went well, and he has been released from the hospital with surgery to repair his jaw forthcoming.

Phylo is on the long road to recovery; rehabilitation, a neck brace for 2-3 months, and a wired jaw to ensure proper healing. He has already demonstrated his grit and resilience by walking a day after surgery. With a bit of help from his friends and family, we believe he will eventually make a full recovery.
