Phyllis Goggins Memorial Fund

Phyllis Goggins passed away on September 10, 2015. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, a great friend and a role model to many. Her smile was as bright as her heart. Phyllis' sense of style was one of kind, each step she strutted, she was always the center of attention, just like the "DIVA," she was. She was the type of person that would bend over backwards for anyone and anybody in need, she was always just a phone call away. She loved anyone that she came in contact with, and many loved her as well. Phyllis will truly be missed.
