Hello my name is David Oustifine Jr and I am fund raising for my Mom (Phyllis Oustifine) and my Dad (David Oustifine Sr.). They have both fell into some pretty severe medical issues over the past few years culminating in my Mom passing away on Wednesday February 28, 2024 and my Dad going in to amputate his left leg on March 1, 2024, making him a double amputee. The proceeds from this fund raiser will go towards paying any outstanding medical bills for my Mom due to her long stay in multiple hospitals and rehabilitation facilities and for my Dad's medical bills due to his lengthy hospital stay and upcoming rehabilitation costs.
