MIT Turkish Students Turkey Earthquake Relief Fund

As Turkish Students at MIT, we ask for your support during these challenging times. The smallest amount you will donate can make a difference in the long and testing aftermath that lies ahead of families, friends, and loved ones in Turkey.

On February 6th, Turkey was struck by two deadly earthquakes of magnitudes 7.5 and 7.8, the most catastrophic disaster to hit Turkey in decades, leaving more than 42,000 people dead and many more injured, reducing thousands of buildings to the ground, and wiping out entire cities we once called home. Country-wide search and rescue efforts are currently in place to save tens of thousands of victims under the wreckages and provide food and shelter to those who lost their homes.

Your support directly goes to the Bridge to Turkiye Fund, which works closely with the AHBAP Association, a well-known and reputable non-profit grasshopper organization, to support disaster victims.
