These past few days have given us a moment to pause—to reflect on the remarkable person Phuong was and the quiet, powerful ways she shaped our lives. She wasn’t just a colleague; she was a steady presence and a dear friend whose kindness left an enduring mark on everyone who knew her.

Phuong had an extraordinary way of making people feel genuinely seen and valued. She moved through the world with quiet strength and an open heart, offering support in her steady presence, her thoughtful words, and the deep care she showed in everyday moments.

Her absence has left a silence we are still learning to sit with. Yet her presence endures—in our memories, in the compassion she sparked, and most of all, in the family she cherished: Andrew, Luther, and Xavier.
