Medical and living Expenses

Several weeks ago my brother Tg and his Fiance' Cathy were in a motorcycle accident. They both will be fine, Cathy is back at work and Tg will be released this week but unable to work.  It will be a long recovery for him. They are your average couple, both have worked hard and lived comfortable but are not rich or can afford to live on 1 income. And I am sure the medical bills will be outrageous. As any big sister I want to help him and look out for him.  I know most of us are struggling to keep afloat ourselves but I know that in a different situation he would do what he could for anyone else. They are good people and would appreciate any help that you can give.
