Hi, my name is Tai. A few years ago, I found Kira when he was just a tiny 2-week-old kitten, alone and dirty on the streets. I learned everything I could about caring for cats, and watched him grow into the sweetest companion.
Recently, Kira suffered a urinary blockage, which is a life-threatening condition for cats. I rushed him to the vet, and after treatment, the bill came out to $6,500.
The doctors told me that without surgery, there’s a high chance he’ll become blocked again. Unfortunately, I simply cannot afford the surgery, and without it, I may have no choice but to put him down.
He’s only just come home and already isn’t himself—he’s hiding, withdrawn, and not interacting with his best friend like he used to. It breaks my heart to think his story might end this way, just because of money.
Kira is still young and has so much life left to live. I’m asking for help to give him a fighting chance. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean the world to us.
If you can’t donate, please consider sharing Kira’s story so it can reach more kind hearts.
Thank you for reading and for caring. From the bottom of my heart, and from Kira’s too, thank you.
