Hi. My name is Ruby. I am 4 years old and I have been poorly for most of this year.

My Mum is disabled and the PDSA have been real heroes, and have given me so much amazing care this year.

Unfortunately, I have a condition called a 'Liver Shunt' that needs imaging and surgery the PDSA cannot provide.

The vets all agree that I am young and can lead a perfectly normal and healthy life after the surgery, so my Mum is keen to do all she can to make it happen.

Another charity, Celia Hammond in London have agreed to do the surgery, but cannot do the diagnostics.

My Mum has been able to pay for blood tests but the scan I need before my operation is £1700.

If you could help me I promise I will be a good girl for my Mum.
