Philadelphia Hebrew Public Charter School opened this year serving 160 remarkable kindergarten and 1st grade students. Our incredible founding team is working around the clock to make sure our kids and families are supported during this difficult time. In just 24 hours, we launched remote learning plans so that kids stay engaged, connected, and learning until we're back together. Most urgently, we are raising funds to ensure every student has access to a device to thrive in our virtual classrooms.
Here is how you can help:
$10 provides basic learning materials packets (paper, crayons, and delivery of learning packet)
$25 provides 12 white boards for teachers' virtual lessons
$250 ensures a student has a Chromebook for home use during the crisis
Please give what you can. Thank you (todah rabah!).
About the organization: Philadelphia Hebrew Public is the newest school in the Hebrew Public network. Our students come from 32 zip codes across the city and 71% are currently low-income. In a time of increased social and economic isolation, Hebrew Public is leading a national movement of exceptional, diverse public charter schools that teach Modern Hebrew to children of all backgrounds and prepare them to be successful global citizens.
