Phouvanh Phoumindr passed peacefully in her home surrounded by family on November 30, 2020 at 3:57pm. She was born on March 4, 1966 in Vientiane, Laos to Thongdeng and Noumanh Keungmanivong.


She leaves behind her loving husband, Vilasinh Phoumindr; son and partner Michael Phoumindr and Felita Sayyasenh; daughter(s) and partner Paulina Phoumindr and Dong Nguyen; Jasmine and Victoria Phoumindr.

Phouvanh was loved by many, and had so much love to give to those around her. We will miss her dearly.
