My name is Jody and I'm helping out Phoenix 's family.----- Our daughter was stolen from us June 17th due to domestic murder. Although funeral costs were covered through us and victim’s advocacy through Cheyenne Police Department, we now will be trying to raise money to give her a respectable headstone as she deserves. Phoenix was a beautiful caring soul and never asked for much, nothing overly expensive. This headstone will truly be the most expensive gift she will ever receive.
