LOCAL WOMAN IN NEED OF FINANCIAL HELP IMMEDIATELY

Our local community member and business owner, Phoebe Savoy needs our help!

She has owned and operated Phoebe's Doggone Details, a kennel and grooming facility in Manchester, VT, for the past 17 years. The kennel is attached to her home, and she lives there with her adult son with special needs.

Phoebe has faced economic hardship in recent years and, as a result, fell behind on her mortgage and utility payments. Furthermore, during the pandemic, her business was forced to shut down as people stopped needing to board their pets. Although her business has picked up, she never recovered financially, and her home went into foreclosure and was ultimately repossessed by the bank this summer. In addition, Phoebe has ongoing health issues which affect her mobility. She will be undergoing a much-needed hip replacement this fall.

She continues to desperately look for a path that will allow her to stay where she is, in her home with her animals, and where she can continue caring for our pets as well. While she awaits a miracle, her clients and friends are hoping to raise money to help with her mounting household expenses and the costs associated with getting her set up in a new home!
