Phoebe Needs Medical Care: Please Help

Hello, for those who may read this that do not know me, my name is Julia. My boyfriend and I adopted our dog Phoebe in 2016 at 2 years old. She's now 11 years old, and as heartbreaking as it is to write this, she has been struggling to eat for the past 3 months. It has been a rapid decline since April. We have gone from being able to hand feed her, to now - where she won't eat for days. We have spent well over $3500 trying to get answers or a diagnosis but still don't have anything concrete from the vets.
We have seen 2 separate vets for opinions, gotten 3 separate sets of bloodworks which all came back fine. We have tried home cooking, switching dog foods, prescription diets, cooking enticing foods like banana pancakes and more. Nothing has consistently worked. So much so, that she has lost 7 pounds over the past month. She has been prescribed antibiotics, anti-acid medication, steroids, probiotics, anti-nausea medication, treated with IV fluids 4 times, had x-rays done on her abdomen, and as a final major effort: We had an ultrasound of Phoebe's abdomen done. The specialists did not see anything in the immediate time that would be causing her to not want to eat. However, they were unable to rule out any potential underlying issues such as Addison's disease, GI lymphoma, or any other possibilities because that would require more testing, or, worst case, an intestinal biopsy which costs anywhere between $10,000 to $15,000 based on the specialists estimate. We just do not have that. The other issue we are currently facing is that many of the medications require them to be taken with food. To make any progress, we have to get her to eat.
We are at a complete loss and doing whatever we can to get some calories in her, however, I fear further diagnostics are needed to get to the bottom of this. We are so devastated and emotionally drained just trying to make it through every day. It has been very tough seeing how weak she has become. I'm heartbroken.
We're at a bit of a standstill because of how much we have spent so far. If anyone reading this can share or donate I would be eternally grateful. Anything helps us move forward. I'm sad I even have to resort to this but I would do anything for Phoebe. I just want her better. I just want my Phoebe to be okay.
Thank you in advance to everyone who took the time to read this. I am hoping to get Phoebe back to a state where she can live happily and with a full belly. Whatever it takes.
Thank you
