Hi, I’m Alicia Moreno, and I am reaching out to you to support the PHNX Collective, a non-profit group supporting gender-affirming care (GAC) at the PHNX Clinic in Boulder, CO and available to folx across the country.
PHNX Clinic is dedicated to ensuring that individuals, especially those under 19 years old who now have no access to care through hospital systems, can receive safe and affordable GAC services, a fundamental aspect of healthcare and bodily autonomy. Your support can make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Every contribution helps us move toward a future where everyone can access essential GAC health services. Here’s how your donations will empower the PHNX Collective:
- Providing financial assistance for those who cannot afford the costs associated with this care including labs, medications, binders, packers, electrolysis, counseling and support groups for seekers and their support people, and more
- Funding travel and practical support for folx traveling out of region or state where they do not have access to care due to laws or healthcare deserts.
- Supporting outreach and education programs to ensure that individuals are aware of their rights and available services.
