Please help Vinny

Hello, as most know, I have a wonderful dog named Vinny. He is such a sweet and loving dog. Best friend a man can ask for. I have lost alot in life and honestly i can't loss this guy too.. He is only a year and a half with so much more living to do. He has a foreign body stuck in his stomach and is going to surgery today (08/06. I wouldn't be reaching out if it wasn't life or death. I'm really worried for him as he hasn't ate in 5 days and won't pass anything. If you're able to help any, I know Vinny would appreciate it.
