My daughter Samantha, age 23 and a 2020 graduate of Licking High School, was in a bad accident on February 12th. Her car started sliding while going around a curve on the snow/ice covered roads and she was hit by a semi. We are very fortunate that she is still with us today. She had no medical insurance. Her medical from her new job had not started yet. She was originally taken to Phelps Hospital in Rolla, but they transported her to the trauma center in Columbia. She had to undergo surgery and will need physical therapy. We are not sure how long she will be out of work. She still has her household bills that need to be paid during this time that she is unable to work. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
