Phipps Garden APTS Fire: help our neighbors

Please donate to help our neighbors in the Phipps Garden Apartments in Sunnyside, NY.
Charles and Dorothy Cavallo and their neighbors (6 families) of the S building in Phipps had a fire burn down their belongings and homes today (3/23/21). The fire was no fault of their own, it was an electrical fire caused by a contractor drilling into the wall which hit a wire. 
Your donation will cover the cost of their temporary housing, legal fees, and cost of displacement due to the unexpected fire. Many of our neighbors are seniors and working families, your donation will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
