My name is Phil and I am raising money to gain back control of my future. I am in a fight for my survival. 11 years ago I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and have been committed to fighting against the darkness every day. Unfortunately, fighting a mental illness requires extra resources. For years I have relied on savings and credit cards to be my rescue blanket. With the return of student loan payments, all of my income, savings, and credit are required to afford my apartment, car, groceries, and utilities. Despite my full time employment in Educational Leadership, I need help to stop the constant phone calls from creditors I cannot pay.
