Hi this is an urgent appeal to help a very good friend Philip Murray who is about to lose his family home in the matter of weeks or maybe days due to no fault of his own. 

Philip’s Dad Ray unfortunately passed away to cancer in 2015 and unknown to Philip and his sisters Ray had fell on hard times and unfortunately lapsed on repayments  of his mortgage. This first came to light a few months after Ray had passed, when Philip found letters in his room and started to get them in the post regarding unpaid mortgage payments. 

Since then Philip has set up his own firewood business which has been a hard slog with many a long day put in to get the business to where it is today. Unfortunately Philip has done damage to his back and has been unable to work the past two months which hasn’t helped his situation.

Due to the criteria of the banks and Philip working for himself unfortunately he does not meet there criteria for a mortgage for the second time. Unfortunately he has not got the time to save for another 6 months as the receiver has been appointed to repossess his family home.

Philip is a hard working 30 year old father to two beautiful  children Lilly aged 7 and Sean aged 4 and he would be very very grateful of any donation to help him secure enough money to stop the banks from repossessing his family home .
