Help Momo!

Momo's kidneys are failing.  Obviously I gave everything I had for the first round of treatment, but she now needs a blood transfusion to have a shot at staying alive.  The chances are not great, but I have to take them.  All the money will go towards the hospital bill.  She has about 3 days left, if no action is taken. Maully is my best friend, I know she would trade anything in the world for me, and I'm willing to do the same for her. We would both be grateful for any help, and if you can't at the moment, we understand and we ask you to please share our plea.
