Phillip Yoakum (Phix-It-Phil) Fundraiser

Let's all work together to support Phillip. He had a horrible accident on Wednesday, 09/15/2021, when a tree fell directly on him - crushing his back, ribs and injuring internal organs. He was placed in a medically induced coma and had 3 major surgeries within the course of 4 days. Thanks to an excellent medical team, all surgeries went well. On Thursday, 09/23/2021, he was once again breathing on his own without the aid of a ventilator and is able to communicate which is a blessing.

Phil will remain in the hospital for an extended period of time, and his recovery will be long and difficult. This will obviously be a tremendous financial strain with the mountain of medical costs piling up. Being self-employed, he will have no source of income until he is back on his feet and able to work.

This is where we can step in. Please find it in your hearts to contribute to this GoFundMe account. All proceeds will go directly to Phil for his medical bills and living expenses. Any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. Phil is the most kind and generous person you could ever meet. If the tables were turned, I guarantee he would do all he could to help any of us.
