Phillip Villagran’s arm surgery

Phillip broke his arm near the wrist and will be needing a plate surgically placed to support the bones. Unfortunately this comes at a time that Phillip is not covered by medical insurance to cover the procedure. If you know Phillip, you know how much he uses his hands for art and music.
