Phil Hamilton was a wonderful father, brother and son. A friend for those in need, Phil enjoyed dressing to the t and was a talented musician. His life was tragically cut short on November 29 after recovering from a car accident with an unknown driver( the driver sped away after the crash) He leaves behind his wife, two sons, and two daughters.
