I don't know anyone that would argue that Phillip is the best at telling stories and making the whole entire room laugh to tears.

He recently suffered from 3 strokes that have caused him to lose his speech. His family wants him to receive the best care possible so he will be back to cracking jokes and telling us all the stories we love so much.
