My nephew Philip has been diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma. He has a tumor in his throat/neck area and it is in his bone marrow. He is undergoing chemo at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. It is a very aggressive cancer and therefore, a very aggressive treatment plan. His parents, Jeff and Wendy Steigerwald will be traveling to and staying at the hospital at least every 3 weeks at this point in his treatment. Wendy will no longer be able to work due to Philip's needs and treatments. I'm asking for help in raising money for them to make the necessary travels to and from the hospital and other needs they will have throughout this process.
