Hello, my name is Mary Ann (F58) and I am raising money to help my brother, Eric (M52), and my mother, Pany (F79).

On March 21st, 2023, their house in Agusan Canyon, Bukidnon, Philippines caught fire and everything that they ever had were left in ashes. My brother Eric had been an overseas Filipino worker for 5 years in NYC. He had to work 7 days a week without a single day off, just to be able to save money and eventually retire back home for good to be with our aging mother. All of his money from those 5 years, as well as his tools, clothing, and other means of livelihood, was caught in that fire.

Though we are so relieved to know that nobody in the family was hurt, we are now facing the sad situation that the house fire took away the only means of the day-to-day livelihood my brother and mother had. Any amount shared will truly help in rebuilding their lives and home.

Hopefully, the funds will cover immediate expenses such as repair and temporary living arrangements for both of them. Anything is greatly appreciated.
