Support for Philippe and his Family During This Difficult Time

On January 8th, 2023, our dear friend and colleague Philippe Besson was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident in Miami, Florida. He suffered severe trauma and is currently in critical condition. His road to recovery is not fully defined, but will require significant time, and medical attention. Transition from the ICU to the acute care facility is the next step for Philippe.

Adding to the impact on his family, Philippe was about to start a new phase of his career, leaving his employer just days before the accident. Future endeavors are now on hold as the recovery period begins, and rehabilitation timeline has yet to be known.

Being close to family and friends is important in the recovery process. To achieve this, Philippe will need to be transported back to Los Angeles by air ambulance. Estimates for this service exceed $50,000, an expense not covered by insurance.
