Phil Parisi, 59, passed away on Feb. 2 shortly after midnight. He left this Earth surrounded by his adoring family after an 18 month battle with GBM, stage IV brain cancer. He was a bright and contagious presence who's absence will be felt sorely by all those who had the good fortune of knowing him. Phil is survived by his wife and best friend of 28 years Susan Parisi, his kids Katie and Kyle, his mother, Matilda Parisi, and his brothers and sisters.

His service will be held on Monday, February 13th at 11:15 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. 11665 Fort Caroline Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
