School Tuition Fundraiser
Donation protected
Last school year, I had the privilege to attend Weimar Academy for my sophomore year of high school. I had wanted to attend this school for a while, but it wasn’t till last year when my mom was hired in the Weimar Institute cafeteria that I was able to enroll. Being at Weimar Academy was a great blessing for me the past year. I was able to make awesome relationships with my fellow classmates, the school staff, and most importantly God. The whole experience really helped to draw me closer to God. It is my desire to attend this coming school year as well, but unfortunately, our family can not afford the cost of tuition. The past year I was able to raise the majority of the tuition by fundraising.
At the beginning of this summer, I was hired by a contractor to help with the construction of a home. I was planning on starting the job mid-summer, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic, They were not able to acquire the permits needed to move forward with the construction, so I was not able to work. That job would have paid me well, and I would have made a good amount of money for tuition for this year. I’ve searched for other jobs, but nothing really worked for my family’s schedule to take me to work. School will start very soon, but I have not been able to acquire the funds needed for school.
I honestly hate having to ask for donations, but at this point, it’s almost my last option. But at the same time, the bible says “if you don’t ask you don’t receive”. My goal is 6,800, which will cover all of my tuition for this next school year. But whatever the Lord impresses upon your heart to give it would be a great help to me. I strongly have faith that if it is God's will for me to attend Weimar Academy again this year, he will provide all the means for me to do so. I truly would appreciate anything you could possibly help with.
May God richly bless you,
Philip N Brown
