Philip Suchecki Memorial Fund

Donation protected

In the early hours of Saturday, March 27th, the world lost an amazing soul. Philip Suchecki was a beacon of light and happiness to all who knew him. Whether you saw him at Mundy throwing a few rounds of disc golf or on the ice, giving it his all for his team, Worms Armageddon, or dancing with Polonez, Phil always had a smile on his face.  He was truly the glue that held groups together and was often the common denominator when it came to various friend circles. You could always show up to any Philly Sou party and feel like you were his very best friend. Every year on March 8th, Women's Day, Phil would send all the women in his life a beautiful greeting telling them how much he loved and cared for them. Even in Polonez, he was every girl's favourite dance partner. While Phil had a way of making all his family and friends feel cherished, the person he loved the most was his girlfriend Elisabeth. She made him happier than he's ever been and they had begun making plans for their future together. While their journey together was cut short, their love for each other will last an eternity.

As many of you know, times like these can be emotionally and financially draining on the family left behind, therefore we have started this GoFundMe to help cover some of the funeral and legal costs involved.  Philip is survived by his parents, Adam and Mira, his brother Daniel, his niece Izabella and girlfriend Elisabeth Hill.
100% of the funds will be split amongst Philip's immediate family and Elisabeth.

If you have any photos or stories you would like to share, feel free to post them on here or email them to [email redacted]

We have known Phil and his family for many years, Adam and Mira were like a second set of parents to us. While Elisabeth had been a part of Phils' life for far too short a time, we had grown very close over the past year. With permission from the Suchecki Family and Elisabeth Hill, we will be withdrawing the funds to our bank account and presenting bank drafts to the family and Elisabeth as soon as possible. $11,700 will go to his parents to cover the funeral and legal costs. The remainder will go to Elisabeth Hill to help her through this difficult time.
